To be considered for a COVID Winter Grant, an individual must be currently receiving Universal Credit, Housing Benefit and/or Pension Credit, Council Tax Reduction, or suffering exceptional hardship.
You will need the following information to complete this form:
- • proof you are in receipt of one or more of the benefits listed above.
- • if you'd like your grant paid into a bank account, those details.
- • your National Insurance Number.
