Freedom of Information - Publication Scheme

West Berkshire Council has an approved 
Freedom of Information Publication Scheme [326KB] as required under S19 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
The Publication Scheme covers:
- Who we are and what we do
- How much we spend and what we spend it on
- What our priorities are and how we are doing
- How we make decisions
- Our policies and strategies
- Lists and Registers - we have a number of public registers, some of which are available for inspection in our libraries - alternatively you should contact the relevant service and ask about the availability of the register you require, should they be unavailable online at the moment
- Services we provide
- Datasets for re-use - if you don't find the data required in the data, reports and information provided, interested parties should contact the relevant service for more information
