The West Berkshire District Local Plan 1991-2006 (Saved Policies 2007)

The saved policies of the West Berkshire District Local Plan 1991 - 2006 forms part of the current Local Plan for the district. Saved policies are those policies that the Secretary of State agreed could continue to apply after 25 September 2007.

The Core Strategy and the Housing Site Allocations Development Plan Document (DPD) replaced a number of the saved policies within the West Berkshire District Local Plan (1991-2006).
