The West Berkshire Council website does not collect any personally identifiable data about your visit to our website, unless you provide us with it as part of applying for a service, contacting us directly or otherwise interacting of your own choice.   We do not collect IP addresses except for anonymised monitoring and analysis of how our site is being used - it is never used for marketing or targeting of commercial services.  We use Google Analytics for the purpose of providing insights into how our customers use our website, but since we don't use the Google Advertising Features function, no identifiable tracking takes place that would require your consent to undertake under Data Protection legislation.
