Mental Health and Wellbeing in Schools

From Friday 1 August 2025, the Mental Health Support Teams (MHSTs) covering West Berkshire, Reading, and Wokingham will be delivered by a new provider: Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (BHFT).

EBSA refers to 'reduced or non-attendance at school by a child or young person due to emotional, mental health or wellbeing issues' (Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families, 2022).
