The deadline for all nominations is Friday, 18^th October 2024 at 5pm

To make a Learner Achievement Award nomination please complete the following on-line form. On receipt of the form your nominee will be contacted by the Community Learning team. To speed up this process please supply the nominee's email address and enter their details on the second page of this form.

On the final page of this form we will ask you :
- What learning or teaching programmes has your nominee undertaken?
- Briefly describe why your nominee should receive an award.
You can enter this onto the form, or attach documents, pictures, etc.

Eligibility
To qualify for an award the nominee must have been engaged in learning since September 2023, be aged over 19 years at the start of their course and live, work or volunteer in West Berkshire.
