In-Year Fair Access Protocol
The aims to provide a fair and transparent process for allocating and providing appropriate education for all vulnerable and/or hard to place West Berkshire pupils.
The Protocol applies to both primary and secondary schools, and sets out how decisions about admissions of vulnerable and/or hard to place pupils, outside of the normal admissions round, will be agreed.
It's also used to protect schools from admitting a disproportionate number of vulnerable pupils.
