Helping you understand your social care options
You can find information on services, organisations, support options and advice in a few different ways:
- Our West Berkshire Directory has details of services, organisations and activities that support adults in West Berkshire to live independently
- You can access further Adult Social Care information on our website, here - or use our 'Find Help with Adult Social Care' online form to find advice on the resources available in your community to arrange your own support
- You can use our online Adult Social Care Enquiry form to request information and advice for yourself, or on behalf of someone else
- If you would prefer to talk to someone, please call our Adult Social Care Contact Centre who will help you find the right local team to deal with all adult social care enquiries and requests for help
Supporting You
Adult Social Care want to support you through the sometimes difficult process of understanding what adult social care is available, and to keep you informed about the options you have. Our goal is to give you the advice and information you need to help you stay in your own home and be as independent as possible.
