Planning Service Discretionary Fees and Charges

Please note we have a new schedule for discretionary fees and charges in the Planning Service from 1 April 2026.

We will be applying the updated fees and charges to all new pre-application and other service requests, as detailed in the schedule, received on or after 1 April 2026.
