What Are You Waiting For?

Your first step to quitting starts here

If your job keeps you on your feet or depends on you being fit and healthy, putting off quitting smoking could be the thing that stops you from working one day. Don't wait for that moment.

It's easy for you to take the first step with our free, four-week CO Check Challenge. No pressure. No lectures. Just a quick carbon monoxide (CO) breath check so you can see what's happening inside your body now and how much better you could be in a month.

How it works

Come along for your CO check and see your results straight away. Then, make a plan that works for you, whether that's cutting down or quitting completely. After four weeks, we'll check your CO again so you can see your progress.

You don't have to do it alone. Bring a mate, join with a colleague, or take part with family as it's always easier when someone's in your corner.

What could change in 4 weeks?

After 24 hours

Carbon Monoxide levels in your blood drop to normal

After 72 hours

Breathing feels easier and energy levels rise

After 2 weeks

Circulation improves, making physical work less tiring

By Week 4

More stamina, better sleep, improved taste and smell

...and quitting 10 cigarettes a day could save you around £240 in just 4 weeks.

The choice is yours, you can cut down or quit

Don't wait for a scare to make the change. Protect your health, your income, and your time with one simple step.
