Call for Sites

West Berkshire Council is inviting submissions for its Call for Sites to help shape the new West Berkshire Local Plan. The Call for Sites is your opportunity to suggest land within West Berkshire that could be developed in the future. We welcome submissions from landowners, site promoters, developers, and other interested parties.

The Call for Sites will run from Monday 2 February to 11:59pm on Monday 30 March 2026.
