Family Hubs celebrate outstanding community feedback

West Berkshire Council's Family Hubs have received glowing feedback from local families, highlighting their vital role in creating supportive, inclusive spaces for parents and children. Recent survey results show overwhelming satisfaction with the services offered, with many describing the hubs as 'lifesavers and 'uplifting' places that make a real difference.

Families praised the hubs for their friendly, approachable staff who go 'above and beyond' to provide both practical and emotional support.

From baby massage and sensory play to parenting courses and mental health support, the variety of sessions offered is highly valued. Parents noted improvements in their children's development and their own well-being, and we're proud to share some of the comments from parents below:
